SpaceScan offers 3D scanning and digital twin creation services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to 3D scans, virtual tours, floor plans, and other related services as described on our website.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking: Clients must book services through our website, providing all necessary information regarding the property and scan requirements.

Payment: Full payment is required upon booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our site.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

Access to Property: The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time of service.

Property Condition: The property should be clean and staged as desired before the scan. SpaceScan is not responsible for the arrangement or condition of the property during scanning.

4. Delivery of Services

Turnaround Time: Scans and digital twins are typically delivered within 48 hours of the service date unless otherwise specified.

Revisions: Minor adjustments can be made upon request; however, extensive revisions may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

- All 3D scans, virtual tours, and other deliverables remain the property of SpaceScan until full payment is received. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for marketing and sales purposes.

6. Use of Content

- SpaceScan may use completed scans and tours for promotional purposes unless a prior written request for confidentiality is made by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

- SpaceScan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

8. Privacy Policy

- We respect your privacy. All personal information provided to us is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to Terms

- SpaceScan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SpaceScan operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
