THIS CONTRACT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY  - PLEASE READ IT

Your use of this facility is expressly made subject to the terms of this contract. Your acceptance of this parking ticket creates a contract for a revocable license to use this facility. This contract licenses you to park your vehicle in a designated area in this facility at your sole risk and at the posted rate. Your license is further conditioned upon your compliance with the terms of this contract and ALL posted signs and/or rules. All vehicles parked at this facility are parked at the owner’s sole and absolute risk.  

Operator is not engaged in the business of storing vehicles for hire and NO BAILMENT is created under this Agreement.  Operator does not provide any security, guard, or assume any responsibility, custody or control of your vehicle or its contents and you agree that Operator is not liable for any injury, damage, theft, or loss suffered as a result of any reason.  You alone are responsible for parking and securing your vehicle and its contents. You agree to indemnify and hold Operator harmless from and against all claims of every nature raised or alleged against the Operator arising from your use of the facility.

This ticket ONLY creates a contract providing you with limited rights to use this facility pursuant to the terms of this contract and all posted signs and rules.  Operator reserves the right to terminate this license and remove your vehicle from the facility at your expense.  This contract limits the Operator’s liability and may not be modified by any employee of Operator.  By your acceptance of this contract you agree to the foregoing terms and all posted signs in the facility.
